Rental agreement article

The tenant is aware that upon signing this tenancy agreement his personal details, being initials, surname and date and place of birth, will be registered with the Valuation Register for Tenants (WRH). In the event of a breach of the present tenancy agreement, such as long-term nuisance, improper use of the rented property such as subletting or cannabis cultivation, as well as failure to pay the rent due, the tenant may be assigned a code that may have consequences for obtaining other living space(s). In the event of correct compliance with the present tenancy agreement, the tenant will receive a good tenancy code.
