Register with us. Upon registration, we ask for a one-time fee of € 65, - including VAT. Complete the payment, to make the registration final, after which you will receive an invitation for an intake interview. As soon as you register, we will create a file for you in the CRM Pararius Office and we will carry out the Rent Check. This is in connection with the AVG security. We also make a viewing appointment specifically for you. We have a partnership with a corporation, which allows us to offer our customers neatly maintained homes. You do not pay a deposit for these homes and you also receive a contract for an indefinite period, which can be terminated per month. If we are unable to match you to a home through the corporation, we still work with a large number of fellow brokers and property managers for you.
